Because we live here, we know there is an immense variety of bird populations sharing our 20 acres. So we were happy en an avid bird-watcher spent a few days here and agreed to write a list of all the birds she spotted in and around a gully and where she suggested would make a great bird hide (working on it).
For those interested, here is the list:
- black faced cuckoo strike
- Lewins Honeyeater – male
- male flycatcher
- leaden-flycatcher-female
- Australian Figbird – male
- Australian figbird -female
- shining_bronze_cuckoo
- Spangled drongo
- dusky honeyeater
- Black-faced-Monarch
- glass wing butterfly
